Are your designs ever sold to more than one person?
My premade designs are sold only once, which means they are not owned by more than one person at any time. I've done the shopping around and found that my prices are competitive with the "logo mill" type sites where premade designs are sold over and over again.What are your current turnaround times?
Pre-made designs: Approximately 1-3 of my business days TH-SAT until pending orders are complete, then ABD is closed!Can I order my logo now and add-ons later?
Sorry, no :( Add-ons must be purchased at the time you order your logo.**The additional changes add-on may be added after ordering but before the final files are sent.

ALL file formats have transparent backgrounds and can be placed on anything from business cards to webpages to photos for watermarking!EPS: Vector file that most business printers (business cards, invoices, etc.) will ask for when creating your marketing materials. As an added bonus for photographers and those involved in print work, the EPS may be sized to fit any size or resolution without the pixelation and distortion of JPGs and similar.
PNG: 400px (72ppi) and 200px (72ppi) for web, and 3" and a whopping 12" (300ppi) for print. Best for watermarking photos or when its transparent background is useful (such as in web design when your background isn't white).
LAYERED PSD AND TIF: 6" -- 300ppi Layered for easy recoloring or adjusting later.
ABR (Photoshop brush file):The max brush size and resolution as allowed by Photoshop is 2500px so I include that and a 200px version.
OTHER: If you need any other format or size, please let me know and I will include them, free of charge.
How do I use the files?
The PNG files can be copied and pasted onto any background for any project from business cards to webpages to photos for watermarking!It's your responsibility to know your program and its basic functions before emailing me for help. I'm absolutely happy to help however I can, but with so many programs and versions, you need to have a decent working knowledge of things like "Layers", the "Place" function or "Copy and Paste", and loading and using "Brushes", if applicable. For my marketing templates, you will also need to know how to use "Clipping Masks." A simple web search using your program and version, and what you need to learn as keywords (For Example: "Photoshop CS5 Layers") will prove to be really helpful!
How do I pay you?
Payment is due before work can begin.You can find the pricing and ordering for each item on its respective page at the bottom in the "Ordering" section.
eJunkie is the provider of my "cart", but I use Paypal for my transactions, so my preferred payment method is, of course, Paypal. Through Paypal, however, you can use any bank or credit card to process payment without needing to be a member of Paypal.
If the option is given to pay via eCheck, the design will be held, but work will not begin until the funds clear on my end. In the case of transactions with downloads (ie: templates), eJunkie will not mail the download link for the product until payment clears.
Orders left inactive (order placed but not begun or finished) for more than 60 days may be purged, so please stay in contact with me or let me know if you no longer wish to move forward with your order.
