POLICIES

By ordering from Annie Bananie Designs, you indicate that you have read and understand my policies.



BLAHBLAHBLAH:

Common sense stuff here...
  • Don't steal my designs or claim them as your own
  • Don't remove the design elements from your design and re-sell them or the entire design itself
  • DO use your PSD/TIF/EPS files to adjust the colors as needed or take the design element out for your OWN use (for say, blog buttons, dividers, stickers, etc.)!
  • DO enjoy your design and contact me with any questions you might have!
Business names used in sample logos are fictional. Any use of real names is coincidental and purely unintentional.  Designs cannot be held or otherwise reserved.


TURNAROUND TIMES

All turnaround times, as posted on the homepage, are estimates and not guarantees. These times are not based on a traditional business or calendar week but on my working days (also posted on the homepage). I cannot accommodate rush orders at this time, so it is your responsibility to ensure that you order well ahead of time.

NOTE:  You might get a hold of me on Saturdays but I do completely unplug from "work" on Sundays to spend time with my family.  Emails sent or orders placed during the weekend will be tended to on my next working day, for sure, but probably sooner. :)  Thanks for your patience.


WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Changes included with premade designs:
  • Colors - your logo, your colors! ONE color palette, please. I'm happy to tweak that palette as needed (if a color looks too bright/dull/etc.)
  • Your own business name - Of course :)
For additional changes to the design, an "Additional Changes to Premade Designs" add-on must be purchased; this add-on includes a limited number of revisions, please see HERE, for more information!


AFTER YOUR FILES ARE SENT:

Changes to designs (except those required due to my error) will not be made after your final files have been sent, so please be mindful of the many proofs I provide you of each design or add-on purchased.  I do not store the final files, so once they are sent, the sale is final and no edits can be provided.  It is the buyer's responsibility to store and backup the final files in case of loss or damage to the original.

If you require other file formats or sizes, these are available at no extra charge but must be requested before the final files are sent. Add-ons, however, must be purchased at the time that your order your logo design.

I'm happy to help you to figure out how to use your files as best I can, but due to the variety of programs and versions out there, it's your responsibility to have a working knowledge of the basic functions of your program. See more HERE.


REFUNDS:

ALL PRE-MADE DESIGN SALES ARE FINAL.  Orders left inactive (order placed, but not begun or order begun but not finished) for 60 days or more may be purged from my system, so please stay in contact with me or let me know if you no longer wish to move forward with your order.


For custom designs:  The price of your package and related add-ons, less a $30 fee, may be refunded BEFORE the revisions process.  No refunds will be issued once revisions have begun.

Coupon codes or promotional offers may not be applied retroactively.
